Winslow Business Park is a new development of a greenfield site of approximately 11.75 acres gross.
Winslow Business Park is already under construction. The site has outline planning consent, the infrastructure and services have been installed, the new Sir Thomas Fremantle School is now open, and the proposed Winslow Rail Station is being planned.
New projects can commence immediately upon receipt of Reserved Matters consent.
The sites available for development total 3.7 acres (1.50 ha) approx. and have outline planning consent for Light Industrial & Offices (B1), General Industrial (B2) and Storage and Distribution (B8).
Location
Winslow is an affluent market town within the catchment of Aylesbury Vale District Council. Winslow is located in north Buckinghamshire, 8 miles southwest of the outskirts of Milton Keynes. The town is well connected as it situated being on the A413 that links Buckingham and Aylesbury and close to the A421 which links Milton Keynes to the M1 motorway.
Winslow has a population of approximately 6,000 but with a wider catchment of approximately 165,000 within Aylesbury Vale District. The Winslow Neighbourhood Plan, which was adopted in 2014, has allocated land for 500 new homes in the town to the south of Winslow Business Park.
A new railway station is due to be constructed at Winslow Business Park with rail connections via East West Rail due to commence in 2022.
