Catlin Young has acted for Chartered Accountants, WSM Partners, in leasing new offices in Connect 2, Alexandra Road, London SW19.WSM has occupied offices in Pinnacle House, SW19 for over 10 years.
Despite limited quality stock available, Catlin Young identified a number of potential options for relocation.
Following negotiations with LaSalle Investment Management and Knight Frank, a new lease was secured over the 3rd floor in the recently refurbished Connect 2, some 5,344 sq ft.
