Winshuttle have signed an new 15 year lease on the first and second floors of Mansel Court, Mansel Street, Wimbledon, SW19 which amounts to 8,400 square feet of space. There is a tenant break option after 7.5 years.
Mansel Court is a highly efficient new office development by the Low Carbon Trust consortium which includes Threadneedle and Stanhope. The building is one of the most cutting edge sustainable office building in the UK, a factor that was important to Winshuttle and aligns with their policy of corporate responsibility.
The rent agreed was £36 per square foot and 12 months rent free period was granted. Winshuttle plan to move in to the new offices in August 2014.
