Parity Plc lets 10,000 sq ft of prime Offices in Wimbledon

Catlin Young LLP, acting on behalf of Parity Plc, has secured a letting of 10,000 sq ft of surplus office space to Winshuttle Limited in the iconic Wimbledon Bridge House in London SW19.

The sublease is for a term to expire in 2014 and the passing rent is £25.75 per sq ft.  The space was delivered fully fitted including furniture to Winshuttle.

Parity is fast expanding company in the TMT sector, and has moved staff recently into Central London locations including Shoreditch and Soho.  Winshuttle moved from Southfields and has doubled its floorspace in the move. 

Wimbledon Bridge House, affectionately know as the "Fridge on the Bridge" and totalling some 170,000 sq ft, was built by Speyhawk in the late 1980's.  It remains one of Wimbledon's landmark office locations, and is home to a number major corporate occupiers.

Catlin Young is marketing a further 5,500 sq ft (511 sq m) of office space, on a fully fitted basis, on the first floor of Wimbledon Bridge House.
