DAF Trucks UK Re-Gears Oxfordshire lease on 60,000 sq ft HQ

Catlin Young negotiated an extension of DAF's occupation with their current landlord Tesco, agreeing a new lease for a term of 3 years expiring in 2017. The new lease contains a tenant only break option from January 2016 on a rolling 6 month notice period. The new lease was held at the passing rent of £420,000 per annum.

The property comprises 60,000 sq ft on 2 floors, of offices including, warehouse, training, theatre and restaurant.
